The Lodge 362 Vacation Home @ Hup Kee is a self-catering double storey terrace vacation home/homestay house in Kuching, the capital city of Sarawak. The house has a spacious living hall, dining area,4 bedrooms (3 en-suite bedrooms at first floor and a dormitory at main floor), equipped dry and wet kitchen. The house is fully air-cond and can comfortably accommodate 14 people. The House is located at Lorong Hup Kee 10B. It's around 7 minutes away from Kuching International Airport. Minutes away from malls and attractions.

This is one of the native dishes is Sarawak. You have to try if you find one. It is delicious ....... I personally prefer babi pansoh over ayam pansoh.

Location

The Lodge 362 vacation home is located at Jalan Hup kee. One of the prime housing area in Kuching. Very strategic location. It is around 7 mins away from kuching Internation Airport. Around 20 mins to the city center. Minutes away to Cold Storage, The Boulevard Shopping Mall, Everrise Supermarket, UCSI university, Borneo Medical Center & etc.


Getting there;

From Airport: Drive toward city direction, go into the roundabout when you reach the first flyover/roundabout. Take the second exit into Jalan Sherip Masahor and then take the first left turn into Jalan Hup kee. Drive along Jalan Hup Kee until you reach Lorong Hup Kee 10B on the left. Drive safe!!

From City: Drive along Jalan Tun Jugah. Go into the roundabout when reach roundabout/flyover.  Take the forth exit into Jalan Sherip Masahor and then take the first left turn into Jalan Hup kee. Drive along Jalan Hup Kee until you reach Lorong Hup Kee 10B on the left. Drive safe!!


Terms & Conditions

  1. Check-in/out: Check-in is at 3:00pm onwards on your reservation start date. Check-out time is not later than 10:00am on your reservation end date. This allows time to properly clean the house.
  2. The Tenants shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The tenants shall leave the premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of the rental agreement, defined by the Landlord as being immediately habitable by the next tenants.
  3. Waste disposal: The Tenants shall dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period in a lawful manner and put the trash in the bin in front of the main gate during their stay for pickup. Wednesday and Saturday the garbage is picked up in the morning. Tenant is cautioned not to leave trash outside the bin because it attracts animals.
  4. Damages: The Tenants shall pay for any damage done to the premises over and above normal wear and tear.
  5. No pets allowed: No animals or pets of any kind will be brought onto the premises.
  6. Occupants: The Tenants shall have no more than 8 (eight) persons reside or sleep on the premises; unless special permission is granted by landlord.
  7. Noise Regulations: The Tenants shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbours respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The Tenants shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and Tenants shall then immediately vacate the premises. Quiet hour starts at 10:00 PM and outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum.
  8. No smoking allowed: There shall be no smoking inside the premises and balcony. Smoking is permitted outside the home.
  9. Landlord shall provide towels, linens, cups, knives, forks, spoons, dishes, and other items as commonly used. Tenants are free to use consumable items available such as toilet paper,  dish detergent,  laundry soap,  bath gel, and other consumables left at the premises by previous tenant.
  10. The Tenants and Tenants' Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Tenants expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Tenants, and that Tenants should purchase their own insurance for Tenants and Guests if such coverage is desired.
  11. Tenants expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for transient occupancy of the Property, and that Tenants do not intend to make the property a residence or household.
  12. Power/water outages: We seldom experience outages. Any outages are beyond our control. No refunds or compensation will be given for any outages.
  13. Shortened stays: There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions, due to work and family emergencies or other commitments.
  14. Security: Tenant shall see to their own security while in the property by locking doors, windows, main gate, etc. when it’s prudent to do so.
  15. Decoration: Please respect the arts/painting. 
  16. Lost of house keys: In the event that the house key is lost, a replacement fee of RM200 will be charged.
  17. Replace of lost or stained towel is RM30 per piece.
